During the break, I went to so many holiday parties, and of course, there were many dishes with meat. I went through an internal conflict of whether or not I should eat it, and eventually decided to eat meat. I could just make it up on one of the days the next week right? Well, I did not. Also because of going to restaurants for some of the parties, I do not know if the ingredients were organic and local.
